Welcome to 86 Street Photo & Digital, a full service lab offering quality photofinishing and digital imaging. Since 1957, we've offered fast professional service. Unlike other labs, we do all of our work in house. Whether you are a beginning photographer or a seasoned professional, we know you will like our services.

We are open on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Terms of payment
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, most ATM cards, travelers checks and personal checks. Personal checks must be accompanied by a valid driver's license. A deposit may be required on any order exceeding $100.

Our guarantee of quality
Everyone here at 86 Street Photo & Digital takes great pride in their work. We thank you for entrusting your film and digital files to us for processing. We do our very best to ensure that we have produced the very highest quality prints. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know. We will reprint them at our expense. We welcome your comments on our service. Thanks again.

Rush services and charges
Some enlargement orders may be available for same day service depending upon machine availability. If possible, the additional rush charge is equal to the standard print price. Ask a manager for pre-approval on all rush orders.

Limit of liability
Submitting any film, print, slide, negative or electronic media to 86 Street Photo & Digital for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print,
slide, negative or electronic media is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
86 Street Photo & Digital does not assume liability, whether lost or damaged by fire, theft, negligence or any other means, for customer supplied materials, such as frames, paintings, artwork, etc., that are submitted with orders. Should you choose to leave materials or prints, not processed in our lab, for mounting, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage incurred. We cannot be responsible for materials left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion of our service. All prices and service specifications are subject to change without notice.

Copyright laws
86 Street Photo & Digital respects the right of all artists and photographers to their copyrighted materials. We accept copyrighted materials only if written permission has been granted by the copyright owner. The customer further agrees to hold harmless and indemnify 86 Street Photo & Digital for any costs or judgments resulting from claim for copyright infringement by the owner or his lawful assigns.
